Your access to and use of Agritungo service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. And the terms apply to all our visitors, users and others who access and use the service.

You shall not:
a. Make any modifications, adaption, improvement, enhancement or derivative work from applications. b. violates any applicable laws, a rule, or regulation in connection with your access or use of the system.

You may not access or use the service for any purpose other than that for which we make our services available. The service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Agritungo MIS reserves the right, at any time to modify suspend or discontinue the service with or without notice. You agree that Agritungo MIS and its affiliates will not be reliable to or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any application.

If you provide Agritungo MIS any feedback, submissions, you hereby assign Agritungo MIS all rights in the feedback and agree that Agritungo MIS shall have the rights to unrestricted use and dissemination of such feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise without acknowledgement or compensation to you.

We reserve the right to review any user content in our sole discretion. we have the right, in our sole discretion,
i.To edit, redact or otherwise change any user content.
ii.To recategorize any user content to place them in more appropriate locations on the services
i.To pre-screen or delete any user content at any time and for any reason, without any notice.
Agritungo MIS is not obligated to backup any user content and user content may be deleted at any time. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of your user content if you desire.

The terms and conditions apply on the date you accept to use the service and will remain in full force and effective while you use the service, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms. We may suspend your rights to use any Agritungo service at any time for any reason at our sole discretion with or without notice to you, including if we are in good faith believe you have violated the acceptable use policy or any other provision of this agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, Agritungo MIS reserves the right to terminate its agreement with any user who repeatedly infringes third party copyrights upon prompt notification to Agritungo Farm Management Information Platform. Upon termination your rights to use the service will automatically stop with immediate effect.
